When to use 每日毛选文章推送

Choose if

You want a daily 09:08 cron-driven push of a Mao Zedong Selected Works article with a 1500–3500 character AI commentary structured across seven analytical chapters, delivered to both Obsidian (markdown file) and Telegram (bot message). Useful as a personal study-companion automation when paired with DeepSeek API credentials.

Avoid if

You don't have a DeepSeek API key + Telegram bot configured, or you want a corpus other than the bundled 75-article Mao Selected Works database — the rotation is deterministic and not pluggable. Also avoid if your platform policy disallows ideological content automation.

Risk Flags

  • MEDIUM auth SKILL.md requires three environment variables — DEEPSEEK_API_KEY, TELEGRAM_BOT_TOKEN, TELEGRAM_CHAT_ID — and an optional MAOXUAN_OUTPUT_DIR. Without these the daily push cannot fire.
