Avoid if
You only have private/non-public community data, you want to make growth claims without platform-wide validation, or you're after cold-DM automation or cross-community blasting — all explicitly blocked. Also avoid if you need a generic copywriter skill not tied to Skool; the framework is Skool-specific.
Risk Flags
- MEDIUM scope SKILL.md is explicit that only public data is allowed (public Discovery cards, public About pages, creator-owned notes, aggregate metrics) and explicitly blocks private members, DMs, emails, paid lessons, hidden posts, cookies, and session tokens. Trying to use private community data is out of scope by design.
- MEDIUM compliance SKILL.md prohibits "fastest on Skool" claims without platform-wide data, income/conversion/retention guarantees, cold-DM automation, cross-community blasting, and storage of private data. Marketing teams used to growth-hacking framing will find these guardrails restrictive.
